At OnTheMoveBags, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet the following conditions:
✅ The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging intact.
✅ The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.
✅ Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
How to Request a Refund
1️⃣ Contact Us – Email us at onthemovesupp@outlook.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a reason for the return.
2️⃣ Return Approval – Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.
3️⃣ Ship the Item – You will need to ship the item back to us at the address provided in the return approval email. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
4️⃣ Refund Processing – Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
❌ Used, damaged, or non-resalable items.
❌ Items returned without prior approval.
❌ Final sale or clearance items.
❌ Gift cards (if applicable).
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, please:

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
